ART AND HEALING WORKSHOPS

In this newly developed format of art education at the Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst, we explore the healing potentials of art. Together, we look at artworks and exchange ideas about the thoughts, memories, or emotions they evoke in us.

Afterwards, we create our own works using different materials such as paint, paper, or clay. Artistic skills are not required. The focus is primarily on social encounters between people with different life experiences. These encounters can contribute to promoting an inclusive society in which all people have the opportunity to live out their creative abilities and feel part of the community.

In this series of formats, we work in cooperation with different institutions.
