Resonance Journey: Voice, Body and Artworks

Meeting Point: Museum Entrance

Workshop curated and run by Mario Espinoza (artist). Assisted by Cynthia Gavranic (art mediator)

Mario Espinoza is a Venezuelan multidisciplinary artist, working mostly within the realm of vocal performance and naturalistic visual arts. He will impart a special workshop in the museum space focusing on our resonance to selected artworks and the museum space.

Resonance Journey is a series of mediatory workshops tailored to each exhibition. The workshops are spent on movement and voice exercises, with the intent of stimulating a more embodied connection to the exhibition. We test what artworks might sound and which body movements might be suitable but also get art historical informations about the exhibits. During this special edition, Mario and Cynthia will guide the participants through a series of propositive exercises that help transpose the topics of Accumulation - On Collecting, Growth and Excess into physical resonance with the space, the artworks, the voice and our bodies.

Come and feel the healing resonance of your voice to the artworks!
