Curatorial Guided Tour with Uriel Orlow and Nadia Schneider Willen

Location: In the museum
Language: German

The guided tour with the artist Uriel Orlow, who curated the exhibition ‘Knowledge Is a Garden’ together with the museum's co-director Nadia Schneider Willen, offers visitors the opportunity to find out more about the concept and theme of the exhibition. ‘Knowledge Is a Garden’ is an artistic exploration of the suppression of knowledge, the unlawful appropriation of knowledge and new forms of knowledge production. This tour focuses on issues surrounding the entanglement of knowledge and language as well as the loss and recovery of language. In particular, works such as those by Lothar Baumgarten, Susan Hiller, Eva Kotatkova or Uriel Orlow himself will be examined more closely. The tour also offers the opportunity to ask questions and engage in dialogue with the co-curators.
