Talk STELARC

Over a period of thirty years, the Australian bodyart performance artist Stelarc propagated the expansion of the body by technology. During his spectacular performances the artist uses his body as a test arrangement. At the moment he has mounted a third artificial ear on his upper arm which can hear but also send signals. Stelarc presents his works during two multimedia lectures at the migros museum für gegenwartskunst on November 5, 2011 and the Haus für elektronische Künste in Basel, November 7, 2011.
