The saying goes: "The way to a person's heart is through their stomach” and in theroy with some dessert this could achieved faster.
In the workshop 'Qatayef Delights', participants are encouraged to use their sense of taste and smell to explore the exhibition 'May amnesia never kiss us on the mouth', through an invitation to prepare and cook traditional Arabic sweet dumplings.
With the help of the installation and the on-site cooking session - on the ramp - Mayar El Bakry hopes to engage visitors in conversation and discuss the exhibition's themes through a sensory experience.
