San Keller is a message salon Wohnwagen artist from the very beginning and also lived in the caravan at the message salon vacation colony in Appenzell in 1998. San Keller and Esther Eppstein talk about art friendship and photo albums in the message salon caravan and live on GDS.FM, moderated by Nadia Schneider Willen.

San Keller, born in 1971 in Bern, takes on various roles and positions in the art world as an «artist artist» with a great deal of skepticism, self-irony and energy. San Keller is known for his participatory performances, which often seem like social experiments. Co-director of the Bachelor of Arts & Mediation at HSLu since 2017, member of the Federal Arts Commission since 2019.

Esther Eppstein, born in Zurich in 1967, opens the art space «message salon» Wohnwagen in Zurich in 1996, which in the following years becomes an important meeting point and influential experimental platform of the Zurich art scene at changing locations - most recently at Kunsthaus Perla-Mode on Langstrasse until December 2013. Since 2015 Esther Eppstein extends message salon to the nomadic artist-run artist-residence project Projekt «message salon embassy».

The message salon Wohnwagen (1998-2000) is the artwork of Esther Eppstein and contains documents about the first years of message salon Wohnwagen as well as about the Zurich art scene from 1995 to 2000. In 2001, the artwork was purchased by the Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst for the collection and has since been exhibited at the museum in 2001, 2014 and 2023.

The event takes place in the context of the Löwenbräukunst Offenes Haus.
