“Auf Augenhöhe, GiM – Generationen im Museum”

Over 30 museums in Switzerland have invited people of different generations to invent stories about selected objects and thus to enter into an unusual exchange. The book documents the Migros Culture Percentage project "GiM – Generations in the Museum". This is situated at the interface between museum, art mediation and intergenerational exchange. The theme is enveloped by aspects that serve as a basis for thought an discussion, as well as by reflections arising from practical experience.
With 31 stories from 31 museums and expert contributions from Matthias Dreyer, Franziska Dürr Reinhard, Hedy Graber, Maja Graf, Andreas Grünewald Steiger, Sybille Kastner, Eva Kolm, Anne Marr, Heike Munder, Alena Nawrotzki, Lukas Niederberger, Pasqualina Perrig-Chiello, Jessica Schnelle and David Vuillaume.
